Re-bending plastic curtain track

Hi there,
Does anyone know if it's possible to rebend a Swish corded plastic curtain track, I've got an old one which used to sit in a square bay window and I want to put it into a bay which has 4 bends in it (if you draw it on a piece of paper it would be the shape of a house - I hope that makes sense). Is there a secret knack to it or will it just shatter into 10 000 pieces?
I bought a B&Q plastic corded bay window track and it is absolutely useless, it won't open or close the curtains properly  I'm hoping they are going to give me a refund on it even though it's been put up, unless anyone else on here has used one and knows how to get the blasted thing to work !!!
Any help gratefully received.
Sue

Heat gun, or hairdryer worked for me when I've had to bend them before. Don't melt it though.0

I too bought a B&Q corded curtain track, you're right absolutely useless, works well until you hang your curtains on it!!!!!
I've seen the same complaint on another forum, just wish I had seen it before I bought my track. I have just put a bad review on their website, wonder if they'll show it?!
Did you take yours back?0
