Can't find a phone number for Fairfx

we used our 2 FairFX cards several times to withdraw cash in the US (Vegas and LA) last week without any difficulty.

Have just pulled out our cards and neither has any logo other than MasterCard...

Are you sure it's not another issue you are having?

Thanks for the reply. The FairFx card was widely accepted as a debit card, but no ATM would complete a cash withdrawal transaction. I went into a bank and they told me that without an ATM network logo it just wouldn't work. Anyway, we're home again now so I suppose it will remain as a mystery.

the bank is wrong - we've used our FairFX cards in ATMs in various locations in the US without any difficulty...so lack of a ATM network logo can't be the problem since our FairFX cards have no ATM network logo...it must have been something else (what, I don't know).

Out of curiosity, where in the US were you?

Just a thought, had you activated the cards you had trouble with, We've used them all over the world with no problems whatsoever - unlike the shAbbey cards, shAmex cards, Nutwest cards etc etc.
