Need a freeware SMTP/POP3/Webmail Program

I've decided to move my primary mail away from my ISP onto a local windows 2003 server.
Can anyone recommend a (freeware!) server program to provide SMTP/POP3/Webmail services.
It'd be nice if it had links to integrate propular anti-virus and anti-spam measures too, and has a plain-looking (not skinned) UI.
Thanks.

I assumed the OP meant he actually wanted to host the POP/SMTP servers on his own machine.
Easy enough with linux but not sure what is available free for MS Windows0
