Loan brokers took a fee

Can anyone help - there are two loan brokers that promised for a fee they have my loan accepted which is not tru as i still have not got a loan. is there a template for me to claim these fees back?

There isn't but I would write a letter to that effect and ask for a refund of fees. No broker can say they will be able to have a loan accepted unless a credit check is done.Can anyone help - there are two loan brokers that promised for a fee they have my loan accepted which is not tru as i still have not got a loan. is there a template for me to claim these fees back?0
