1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Taste Festivals, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian's permission to take part and to be awarded prize.

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: A 'Farmers Market Experience' break for two people at The Bonham Hotel, Edinburgh. Prize includes a two-night stay in a standard double or twin room. Also included is a visit to Edinburgh's Farmers Market accompanied by the Bonham's Executive Chef, Michel Bouyer, a cookery demonstration, a three-course dinner for two people at The Bonham's sister property - The Howard, a lunch for two people at The Bonham and a dinner for two people also at The Bonham featuring the items from the Farmers Market. Prize also includes £200 spending money (£100 per person).
8. Prize is subject to availability, based on two people sharing a standard double or twin room, to be taken on a Friday and Saturday night, valid from 1st September 2009 and 31 March 2010, excluding the Christmas and New Year period.
9. Prize is as stated, and travel and other insurance and all other expenses (such as additional food and drinks) are not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest.
10. Prize must be taken in full.
11. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, subject to change, and are only available up to the maximum value of £1,500
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn under independent supervision from all entries received on 21 August 2009 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to claim prize within this time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or are unable to be sent due to internet connection issues, systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
16. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
