6. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x 4-night stay for 2 x adults at Carden Self-Catering valid until 31st March 2010. Prize also includes a Connoisseur Tour for 2 adults of the Glenfiddich Distillery; 1 x VIP tour for 2 adults of Aberlour Distillery valid until 31st October 2009; 1 x VIP tour for 2 adults of Strathisla Distillery valid until 31st October 2009 and 1 x tour for 2 adults of the Cardhu Distillery.
7. Prize also includes £100 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter's discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
8. The prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full by 31st October 2009.
9. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are weather dependent, maintenance dependent, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
10. The stay at Carden Self-Catering accommodation is subject to availability, excludes the dates from 19th December 2009 until 2nd January 2010, and is valid until 31st March 2010.
11. Prizewinner's should be aware that the Connoisseur's Tour at Glenfiddich and the tour of the Aberlour Distillery, are for people over 18 years of age and must be booked in advance.
12. The Strathisla and Aberlour distillery tours must be pre-booked at least one month in advance of visit; a full description of the VIP tours will be supplied to the prizewinner when each of the tours are booked; prizewinner will receive one complimentary Aberlour hand-filled bottle only and both tours must be taken by 31st October 2009.
13. Prizewinner's should be aware that they need to make their own way to each of the distilleries.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
15. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 04.09.09 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
