WARNING! 001 445 000 1454 prize call

Just had an automated call from 001 445 000 1454 (that's +1 445 000 1454) with a "Congratulations! You've won a " message - I swore down the phone and hung up before hearing what the prize was because, guess what? I don't give a flying duck about these "prizes".
Let's find these idiots and shut them down for good. We might have to take the entire US phone network off line forever to do so, but that'd be a bonus, right?

In a utopian world every adult will be either to smart to fall for obvious scams, or would fall for it once and learn their lesson. Schools would actually teach the perils of online scams and the problem would go away because no one would ever fall for spam, opening attachments from unknown emails, fake lottery wins, prizes, bs auction sites, Nigerians with £Mills to give away etc etc etc
