wife and i work for same company she part time 20 hours take home pay £545 and myself full time take home pay £1585 both monthly, im registerd disabled and recieve dla both conponents at higher rate
councol house, no savings and one child 9 years old
looks like company is going down the tubes can any one tell me what we are intitled to , bennafits etc etc

It's usually your employer, but if they have gone into receivership and do not have the money to pay out you can claim the statuary miit from the National Insurance fund instead - see the details under the 'Insolvent Employers' heading here
