Small garden wall built for under £200?

I'd love to get a small brick wall built at the foot of my parents front garden (they currently have just chicken wire). I can only afford up to £200 though, is there any way it can be done for that much?
Do colleges ever have their trainee construction workers practice bricklaying in this way? (I used to get my hair cut for £3 at the local college by trainees and it was always excellent!). I have seen bricks advertised on 'freecycle' for nowt so could possibly provide these.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Have you seen Tommy from groundforce advertising his brickie tools on telly in the mornings? If the telesales is to be believed, you should be able to build a little wall yourself, no probs
