I use a blade and a (plastic) scouring pad need to be careful on plastic baths with the scourer but works wonders on tiles oh and i dont know about an old wood chisel but if you have a really sharp one these work good too0

Window scraper (the kind for removing paint) works well if the tiles are smooth. Use it parallel to the bath rather than perpendicular - i.e. down the tiles towards the bath, along the bath edge towards the tiles.Opinion, advice and information are different things. Don't be surprised if you receive all 3 in response.
