i personally am not bound to these people because i never payed the booking fee or agreed to there T&C. but my friend on the other hand is bound to them. no contract was agreed, just an email ticking a box complying with there T&C.
personally i feel we are being scammed by these people and is unlikely seeing a way out of this.
What do the T's and C's say about it?
