On the second viewing of the person who we then accepted an offer from. I asked them / suggested to them when they came in that they look round themselves and if they had any questions to let me know. Then I stayed out of there way.0

I would say what the previous poster has said is the best advice. Let them look around themselves and answer any questions they have.0
