First Direct charges

I recently went overdrawn for all of 2 days for the first time ever on my First Direct account (had it for 6 years). They charged me £50 plus interest etc. I emailed them asking them to refund the charges as a good will gesture for being a loyal customer and they did. Apparently the normal charge is £75 for unauthorised overdraft but I apparently have had a small overdraft available to me since I opened the account which means they deducte £25. They mentioned something about changes in Nov 09 but the letter is so long I haven't bothered to read the rest. Anybody know anything about this????????

If they wrote to you and quoted it then I would read what they have said otherwise send em a message to clarify it.
