I kept warning 'investors' on 2 property forums they were making a big mistake but all I got was abuse for my pains.
Again and again in 05/06 I argued it was a giant herd bandwaggon based on goldrush mentality, whith surely too few tennants to fill all those glass towers.
A typical repsonse I got was; 'why you come here to spoil a party, if you not interested to invest then kindly leave as you offer nothing'
they just refused to hear any critiscism.0 -
