Need a battery for SL399E FLY mobile 'phone

Hello,
My wife's mobile keeps conking out pretty much an hour or so after being charged, so I am assuming that the battery is dead! I've looked on the net to try to order another one, rather than get her a new 'phone (which is what she wants!?) but can't seem to get anywhere.
Does anyone have an advice as to where to look to get a good bargain on a battery for this 'phone, please?
Thanks,
Duncan

Bit of a problem with this one. I ordered it from this site and then a couple of days later got this messge:
"Dear Sir / Madam,
I regret that the product(s) requested are currently out of stock with both ourselves and our suppliers.
As the product(s) will not be available in the near future we have had no alternative other than to cancel your order for which we apologise.
Your credit card has not been charged.
Restocking date for these it ems is not known.

Then I ordered it from another site and today I got the same sort of message! Surely, the battery for a 'phone that I bought only a year ago must still be available SOMEWHERE! I really want to avoid having to buy a new 'phone if I at all can. Does anyone have any advice, please?
Thanks very much.

Usually eBay has shedloads of sellers for any battery I've tried but there are none there for that one.
Only thing I can suggest is to look at the battery itself and see if it has any "type" markings then search for that instead of the phone (which appears to be a limited edition going by the phones themselves on eBay). The same battery is often used in more than one phone.0 -
Your wife wants a new phone, not a new battery. QED a new phone it is
