FOUR WEDDINGS QUIZ COMPETITION- 17th July 2009 - LIVING
1.The Four Weddings Quiz competition ("Competition") is open from 17th July 2009 until midnight on 8th September 2009 ("Competition Period") and operated by Virgin Media Television Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA ("Promoter") and hosted via the website found at http://fourweddingsquiz.co.uk
2.To enter the Competition Players must be a UK or Eire resident aged 16 years and over excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Promoter or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition ("Players").
3.By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Promoter.
To enter the Competition go to the website found at http://fourweddingsquiz.co.uk click on the Competition, enter your name, telephone number, email address and date of birth on the online form. Only one entry per Player will be accepted.
4.1 (one) winning entry shall be drawn at random after 8th September 2009 from all eligible entries validly submitted ("Winner"). The decision by Promoter as to the determination of the Winner shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. If the entry procedure to the Competition is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of 'spam' entries, Promoter may withdraw the Competition at their discretion. All entries must be received by midnight on 8th September 2009 ("Closing Date"). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.
6.The Prize: The Winner will receive £100.00 (one hundred pounds) worth of Selfridges vouchers.
Proof of age may be required before the Prize can be given.
The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which Promoter is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.
7.The name and county of the Winner may be announced on the website found at http://fourweddingsquiz.co.uk shortly after 8th September 2009. The Winner will be notified by email or telephone following 8th September 2009.
8.The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability, not exchangeable for cash and no alternative prize will be offered. Promoter may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.
9.The Winner agrees to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Promoter. The Winner agrees to the publication of their respective name and county as referred to in paragraph 8 above.
10.By entering the Competition all Players consent to the use of their personal details by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Competition and any other purposes to which the Player may consent on entry to such Competition.
11.As far as permitted by law (but not including liability personal injury or death arising from its negligence) Promoter excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.
12.Promoter reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.0 -
