Car Radio Interference on MW. Suppressor needed - tips please.

I was just about to post about this issue as I have the same issue on my 06 Ford Focus TDCI. Exactly the same problem and only with MW and happens only when the car is turned on.

It also affects if I use my mobile or if someone phones me whilst driving, the other person can hear lots of interference, the way its been explained to me is similar to how the interference is when I listen to MW.

Does anyone know what this could be?

It does my head in as I listen to talksport a lot. Can anyone help? I just recently brought the car and it had a car phone system installed and I thought it may be this that causing the interference?
