Well viewed the house today and WOW ticked all the right boxes and just want to get ours done and dusted now so anyone wanting a house in lincolnshire in an up and coming area for £100000 feel free to call !!!!!! :-)No one said it was going to be easy!!

Why can you feel so good then feel so crap.......
spend all day and most of last night cleaning to an inch of my life as the EA was due today to value the house. WAS being the right word. He didnt turn up and thats really P****d me off. We havent got another EA due until Tuesday so it feels like a whole week without being able to do anything. I might need prozac before we even get this bloody house on the market!!!!!!!!
