Can anyone recommend an alternative/herbal doctor in Cardiff/Llantrisant area?. Daughter gets recurrent tonsillitis and am looking to boost her immune system - she eats well, but obviously has a weakness. Getting mixed messages from ENT, anybody tried alternative route? Thanks

Echinecea boost the immune system ;-)

I trained in holistic stuff but for dogs as i have a dog with immune system problems but its basically the same for humans and canines etc

My son also suffered the same, I found the Omega 3 and 6 in Efalex helped, with a good multi vitamin, dont know why. Doctors were convinced surgery only option, but it wasnt, and Im sure hes better for not having had operation, hes perfect now.

try juices from fruit and veg like carrot and apple.

I can recommend Keith Jones who is a brilliant naturopath based in Barry. He owns the Four Winds Healing Centre and he's amazing! Definitely knows his stuff. He is very good at working out the cause of the health problems and then helps you to get better with natural remedies, diet changes, etc.. Ring 01446 420155.
