Natwest CC - Vanished from Online Banking

Just logged onto my Online Banking as normal (everyday) and for some reason my Natwest Credit Card has disappeared from it!
I tried to go through the "Add Credit Card" route too and it said it couldn't recognise the details of the card!
Can anyone with a NW CC check their online banking to see if they can see their card please?

Mine is appearing as normal.
Are you behind with payments? Could it have been removed because it's been passed to somebody else?0 -
No, never been behind with the payments, in fact it's always paid off before i even get the statements through (only really use it for work expenses)
The card is in my possession and always has been.
Going to find the number now to call them...0 -
I had a similar experience last year - it disappeared from my online banking.
But it reappeared after a few hours/the next day (couldn't remember), without me doing anything.0 -
Just checked again... still there. Their credit card is the only account I have with NatWest.

Mine is there as normal along with savings and current account.0

Sounds like an IT glitch, happens from time to time, you could eMail them and query the missing account.0

Ok, phoned them and got put through to fraud team who went through a list of suspect transactions with me (all mine and all 100% ok!).
They said the block had been lifted on it (didn't know there was one) and that everything should be back to normal now, however i still can't add the card back onto my online banking, it's saying
"The card details you have entered do not match our records."0 -
I had a current account disappear from my online banking when they suspected some fraudulent transactions on it. Pretty sure it re-appeared after I talked to the fraud dept0

Natwest normaly updates accounts @ 3-4am, so may re-appear then0
