Lou, there's this stuff called swarfega but I have no idea where you get it from, it's heavy duty stuff. I used it when I dyed my neck. It's fairly abrasive though so don't use it too often!

    Halfords do it > http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_186829_langId_-1_categoryId_165711

Have you tried white spirit Lou?

Anyone else sick to the back teeth of this bloody swine flu thing? We've had someone with a bit of a cold go home after doing the NHS online thing (and probably ticking the wrong box as it came up 'dial 999 - you need an ambulance  ), phone their GP who says (without seeing them, not taking their temperature or do a blood test ) say 'you have it' after ticking a few boxes, prescribe tamiflu, so knock on panicking is now taking place - should staff come in if they have kids, are all those in the same room as her now infected........jeez.........get a grip folks.......

sorry, rant over..........too many years working in a hospital seeing very ill people getting on with life and not letting a bit of a cold send them into a panic

Does anyone know how to get hair dye off your fingers? I have done DS hair jet black:rolleyes: and my finger must have gone through the glove while I was doing it but didnt notice.

That cream cleaner stuff (like Jif i think but cheaper) with the rough side of a washing up sponge used to get it off skin and mostly off nails - not very subtle but did work :D

I walked into the toilet and stood on something squishy :eek::rotfl:It was a parcel popped through the window this morning by the postie with 3 stunning scarves in it from Luc. I'll PM her in case she doesn't see this, but without even meeting her, she was spot on with what colours I would wear! :D

    thankyou Luc :T
