Drivers for reddmango angora mr118 MP3 player??

A mate has got a Reddmango angora MR118 MP3 player today and his pc wont take it for some reason.
His pc has XP on it and i think it has something to do with that his pc does not have service pack 3 on it and he has tried to put that on with some problems.
Does anyone know of any Drivers online for this MP3 player that he can download the drivers onto his pc to get it to work??
