Completely agree with Ivan it's up to us to make the changes and limit the amounts of electricity we use. My mum hates being in my house as everythings off at the plugs, it iritates her that the time on my oven is never right as I dont leave it on. Although have to be honest comparing my bill to my brothers as we're in similar houses and situations my bills dont seem any cheaper for it!
Oh and I really love wind farms, I dont get what peoples problems are with them
