Mine hasn't tracked yet but I'm not too concerned as every other issue I've had with Quidco has been resolved satisfactorily.

Not sure I like the way the lender operate mind. I didn't get the text with the code on to allow me to complete the 'electronic signature' and they bombarded my home phone with automated messages. My other half wondered what I was playing at with this sort of company. Also when they called me at work they seemed suprised I wasn't breaking my neck to get the £80 in my account. Mind you it was Friday afternoon and I guess many of their clients will be wanting the funds for Friday night beers.

In which case it is no longer a payday loan, it is a normal loan and therefore you won't make any money out of it. It is also probably arranged by another lender within the same group. at a guess, it is FLM?
    Vanquis- Limit £1250, balance £0
Capital One Classic- Limit £800, balance £0
Natwest Current Account- £800 OD limit, approx £600 OD
Loan- £3300, will be paid off by Dec 09
Student Loan- paid off Dec 09 (That's £150 a month extra! Woohoo)
Empire Catalogue Account- £750 limit, balance £30

Well, I raised an enquiry with Quidco about the incorret earnings amount, which was then closed on the grounds that the amount would update to the correct figure after the transaction had been validated. Well, this did not happen. Cashback of £50 is now showing as having been paid. I was told to raise a "Help ticket" in these circumstances, which I have now done.

Well, at least I have made £30 profit with the chance of another £15 but, if I had known what a hassle this would be for me, I would not have bothered.
It gets worse. Quidco have closed my Help ticket, saying "I have checked our records and your click through date meaning the date the original transaction was made was actually the 28 July 2009. The rate of cashback on this day was £50.00 so this has validated correctly. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

I trust that this clarifies the situation for you."

I am very hacked off with Quidco because a) this simply isn't true; and b) I find Quidco's response to be very unhelpful - no attempt to clarify anything with me and unilateral closure of a help ticket without any feedback from the person raising the ticket.

Where do I go from here? I have raised another Help Ticket explaining that Quidco are wrong about the transaction date and that I have evidence to prove it but I assume Quidco will just close this also? Any experienced Quidco chasers out there?
