Thanks for all the posts so far, some of the meals sound very yummy. I will have a proper sit down later and read them

Some of the meals already highlighted could be used for lunch the next day for example the frittata or if you have a microwave at work you can reheat the last nights dinner. That saves you having to make two loads of food!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0
