Could anyone recommend the best PC protection? I have been using the Microsoft package on a trial basis which is to run out in approx 14 days, but have no idea what package to buy???
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

This is a good deal if going down purchase route

I disagree.
You can get Kaspersky 2009 for quite a bit cheaper instead. With the licensed upgrades and updates there's no difference."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Not that helpful to OP , at least I suggested where to buy at a reasonable price for genuine product.Would you suggest OP buys this instead to save a few pounds?

IMHO personally I don't see the point in paying for security. The free ones like Avast, Zonealarm et al are just as secure.0

I recommend Bitdefender Antivirus. Microsoft is making their security products for free soon I think with that new one their beta testing...
You can get Kaspersky for under £20 - eBay items from China are not ideal and proberly wont work anyway.
ESET are another good one to go with, personally I wouldn't touch the free ones or norton/mcafee0 -

Not if you actually read what I said. I meant something like this is cheaper yet you're not losing out on anything:
http://www.overclock.co.uk/product/Kaspersky-Anti-Virus-2009-Single-User-1-Year---OEM-Edition_8501.html (exactly the same retailer you linked to yet quite a bit cheaper)
My point was there's no point spending more for Kaspersky 2010 when you can get 2009 for cheaper. I think preventing the OP from spending more money than they need to on the same product is hardly unhelpful.
If there's anything that's not helpful it's insinuating I in any way suggested procuring suspect or illegal software."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
