Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 05/08/09.
The ten winners will be chosen at random after the closing date.
The winners will be notified by email or telephone within 10 days of the closing date.
Maximum one entry per person. Entries by third parties are not accepted. Entrants and their nominated winner should be resident in the UK and the nominated winner should be aged over 18.
Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible.
Entries can only be made online by completing the online form. Postal, telephone or text entries will not be accepted.
The winner will receive one of ten bikes based upon their preference. The choices available are, a British Eagle Tulsa Men’s bike, a British Eagle Verona women’s bike, a British Eagle Jackal BMX and a British Eagle Coral girl’s bike.
By entering the competition, you agree to participate in any reasonable PR activity, including photographs, if you are selected as a winner.
There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the prize is not transferable.
Winners' names and counties may be obtained by sending an SAE to: ASDA.com, Asda House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds LS11 5AD up to 28 days after the closing date.
If winners are unable to take the prizes for whatever reason, additional winners will be chosen at random.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner's or their guest's enjoyment of the prizes.
