Bank Charges FSA waiver

The Waiver is about to end (26th June) if reports are to be correct. If we have made a complaint and it has been 'added to the pile'. Is it worth contacting our bank when the waiver has finished? As they wont be able to ignore you, unless it is suspended again.

Surely they cant just keep on suspending and suspending till the house of lords decision.

check my signature for NEW brand new spanking waiver(which is the same as the old one apart from approximately 2 minor changes.
The HoL case will not change the status of the FSA Waiver one bit because the OFT Test case is in 2 parts and the HoL is part 1.

Waiver has been extended today until Jan 2010
  • Ridiculous, so we just hang on while this waiver keeps getting extended?

Do you want disorder?? The bank simply says NO and then you have to file a claim in court and you lose due to the Limitations Act about 2 years of your claims plus you have no protection for those who are in sever financial hardship.

What is your alternative until the certainty of the law with regards to bank charges?
