reclaming bank charges

I started to reclame my bank charges before all the court cases started i went through a company to clame these. The company sent me a letter to say what was happening when it all started but i have had no contact from them since can anyone advice me what i should do as i have tryed to contact the company with on joy

search on the Ministry of Justice website and then write to them for an update.0
