Hi harrie
Lovely to know so many people rooting for me. Nearly changed my mind yesterday, kept thinking I haven't really got a problem and I can drink and control it - duh! Things we tell ourselves eh? Felt very proud last night to have done it though especially as a holiday weekend when I would have been drinking even more than usual. I know it's only just the beginning and I have huge challenges to face but feel so much better knowing I can come on here for support. Thanks again.0 -
Well done susie, any problems sleeping?
Took me weeks to get a "normal" night. Starting again now:mad:
Shirl, I think we're connected, seems to happen at the same time, stay strong.
Have a great day all.

Morning Al
How you doing today? I don't sleep well at best of times - guilty conscience probably! I sleep better when not drinking though. When I'm drinking I keep waking all night with heart pounding like a train, very scary. Got busy day today so that will hopefully keep me out of mischief.0 -
when mrs mac back :eek:0
