hi yes much better thanks and thinking about my overall health much more and am allowed to exercise again now so feeling brighter all round .

No Bank Holiday for us yesterday, well the Banks did have a holiday but the rest of us didn't, however it made for a quiet working day as the phones were very quiet :j
