i think the steps too big......
its actually going out into the 'real' world and admitting you have
somekind of 'problem'....
i dont mind having this promblem as long as im controlling it better than i was.....
it has got better...... it was in full control of me........
but i dont feel it is in controll anymore

Just a quick note from me, just wanted to wish you all the best and I hope you continue to do well on your personal journeys.
Thought I'd let you know that I'm fine. I'm actually totally better, and just wanted to apologise for subjecting you to who I was back then. For a good few months I was in a bad way, but I'm over it now, back taking control and I hope you all can succeed in getting to a place where you want to be.
Just noticed my siggie, ignore that lol. Truth is I haven't drunk since I left this thread. I know I will drink again, but within moderation. Can't drink now, too many calories heheStay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Just had a weeks holiday in Florida and can't get back into the swing of sleeping at the correct time at all so although the clock tells me its morning it feels like its afternoon to me
