No not a good day, drink makes me depressed after a while and the next day, yet I drink because I am depressed............must be a lesson in there somewhere ..................

Got a good reason today though (don't ask..), nothing to do with drinking, other people manage to deal with it though without resorting to something like alcohol

I don't feel guilty about last night. Was planned, stupid, but worked for me the last ten days.

Stopped smoking today, this is it now, no more.
Had my lighbulb moment regarding ciggies, its a stupid habit, does you harm and costs a fortune. Gentle, want to give up with me?
