sorry mich, was slow there. bet you'll amaze me with some fab recipe for something i've never heard of again!
decided we're having mashed spuds with carrots and bangers for tea, with loads of lovely thick onion gravy. sort of a variation on bangers and mash. thinking about it, might get ds to cook it tomorrow, gonna teach him how to use the new washer/dryer at the weekend as well, he don't know that yet though:D .
poor sod - no wonder he keeps going to visit his dad, probably to tell him what a wicked mother i've turned into:rolleyes:

Nothing fancy, just fish and some spuds and veg.
Teaching DS to cook and use a washer/dryer will all come in useful in later life gentle, you're rounding his education
