No body about, or so it seems, bound to be a lurker or two.

Got my car back today, Mrs Mac had a word, whilst I was out on Saturday, I suspect she did her sturn woman bit:eek:

Just been doing catch up on my diary. Made me think about the improvements I've made. I don't mean cutting down the drink, that is probably a big factor.

Not getting as angry as I used to.

Shop queues aren't as bad. Did use the self checkout to avoid the queue in Tesco on Saturday though:o

Went on a train today:eek: no issues.

Got a bit tense in a meeting today, the breathing helps, doesn't stop the problem, just appears to delay it.

Been doing some re-visiting of points in time with Mrs Mac, just to find out what kicked things off. The idea being to understand what causes problems. Does work to an extent, but if you can't remember or think then it's useless. Apart from getting you to talk.

Things don't look to bad, hoping it stays that way. Mrs Mac thinks I'm cyclic, based on past experience, I'm probably heading towards a fall, 2 - 3 weeks seems to be the norm.

Off to bed now, late shift due on any minute. Sleep well all. Keep off the strong stuff Shirl;)

    Hi Gp

I've been sitting in the naughty corner for a bit but hope I'm allowed out again now if I promise to behave ???

For about as long as it takes to press post:D

Should have been gone half an hour ago.

Bloomin dishwasher didn't wash properly. Always happens when we have mash:mad: Didn't put the pan or masher in, still left rough all over everything:confused: So spent 20 minutes swilling:mad: Time for a salt and rinse top up.

Bought back memories, having had folks round, Mrs Mac gone to bed, me finishing the washing up, finishing off all the open wine and probably opening another:o
