Afternoon all :wave:
How's everyone doing today:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -
Hi mich
Rubbish, feeling terrible, mentally, physically feeling good, wish I had a switch to turn off my head, it would be easier :rolleyes:
Want to go away and hide somewhere, a big hole would be goodI'll be OK in a while I should think.
How are you tonight?“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0 -
If you dig a big hole you'll be knackered physically as well
Seriously though, you probably need some mental distractions.
I'm having a quick break, evening racing starts in 20 mins
Bit stressed, but I had a few things to do in town this morning. I was surprised that I coped with all the people and queueing without a major panic attack
Town again tomorrow morning as well :rolleyes::j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -

Nah, just been talking with someone about life and a load of stuff came out, I had sort of forgotten and been sitting on for, far far too long. Not really forgotten, just shoved to the back of the compost heap.
Can only be for the good........in time
Nice oneabout the trip into town, all counts for the good I think.
You saying about the lack of panic attacks mate, makes me wonder again, how much of our problems does drink cover up, or allow us to deal with and how much does it cause them?
There you gomental distraction.

I think there's a paradox here. Booze worsens the frequency and severity of panic attacks, but masks them when while it's active in the system:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0
