    Hi Beer,had a good night but still waken up so tired cos of dreams.Been lazy today which is nice for a change-nearly twelve and done nothing constructive yet!All change this afternoon tho!:naughty:

    101 but no:p dry for weeks no sleep no booze then i used it to sleep
    it worked then addiction again

    i got took down with 40mil diazepam the fear my lot felt putting me in the bath to control my tempreture it would sore then cold 2 nurses with me to help

    and it worked.... unless its my head playing tricks
    on me :o

    to get u through
