Morning Susie
(ironing well on way)
Going to do my counsellor now. The question is why 1 then why 2, then why the rest.
Past couple of times for me, it has just been rebellion, Mrs Mac away, thats the only thing I can think of. Once one, why not another until it gets to a stage where there is no thought process. Me I got to stop completely, maybe for ever:eek:
I think you're very brave to come and tell us, hardest part is letting people know yo've had a blip, that's all it is, a blip. Today is a new day and a new start.
I'll be back later, you better still be around;)

You are all so great. I'm glad I came here today - stopped crying now.
What makes it even worse is that I need to take strong painkillers (dihydrocodeine for all you fellow nursey types) and daren't take any this morning as they will make me sick. So not only do I have hangover from hell but also in pain! You would think I would have more sense but it all goes out the window when I want to drink.
You are right al, Why 1? I do realise now that I can't just have a couple, need to stop completely.0 -
