I am sorry for being so dense. I was able to get to safe mode with networking but I could't see where I could reinstall the malware from there so I went with the 'hijack' route. I've uninstalled the malware download - should I try to re-install it now?:hello:0

reinstall in safe mode with networking. Update and run a FULL scan:idea:0
