Getting seriously fed up

Hi all we are FTBers we had an offer accepted 8 weeks ago today, on a chain free property, things seemed to be moving quickly we had mortgage agreed in principle before we offered, then had the survey searches and proper mortgage offer in within 2 weeks.
Since then there seems to have been 6 weeks of nothing it would appear the hold up is over details of a management company that looks after the communal space around the house.
Im so fed up of the lack of information and timescales, I am getting pressured by my landlord now to let him know our plans, and we don't know whether to continue packing stop packing or even unpack again.

If you haven't already done so, chase up your solicitor and poss also EA. Former you are paying to act on your behalf and ensure all goes as smoothly as poss. Latter won't get his commission until sale completed.
