We have a great flight checker on this site but no train checker. Have been desperately trying to get one of the super advance single journey tickets (a tenner!) from Virgin and GNER but can't find availability. :mad:

Is there a better way?

https://www.thetrainline.com, will show you all pricing options and which company for which leg of the journey, and really quick at posting tickets out to you. Ordered Friday 4pm, arrived first class Monday for a journey that was another week ahead of that

I know the type of thing you are looking for but don't think it exists. I saw an article on the news where some travellers had got tickets to London for £1 from Birmingham.
I would love to know how to do this too....

These type of tickets are quota controlled and go very quickly.

The worcester to london train is the one I want. any deals out there .? I will have a look at megatrain...
