If you read my previous post it explains how this error came about. Yes to gas check, insurance, epc, tax etc. Don't know what you mean by lender as I don't have one. I am honest and pay all my bills unlike every single tenant I have ever had who all left a load of ***, unpaid rent and unpaid utilities and credits cards etc.
Since all of you on this forum, which I only found last week, obviously know about this I have wasted my time with my warning. But i know at least 10 people renting or letting who have never heard of it.0 -

While we get the occasional bad T who falls through the cracks, if all of your Ts are not paying their rent and are causing trouble can I suggest that you review your vetting policy and procedures.0
