Are there any voip companies that do not require you to pre-pay for calls, even free calls like voipcheap? Or can can you use itto the free call destinations without buying credit?

    1 min free call to landlines.. but if you upload 10Euro which isnt a lot.. u get infinite free call time to landlines and ur 10 euro stays there and can be withdrawn :)
