Veggie clicky
India is a haven for vegetarians and this book will help you bring some of that home!
The cuisine of India differs across the country, so Monisha has divided it into four sections, North, West, South and East. Each section starts with an introduction to that part of the country and then the cooking of that area is fully covered with sections on vegetable dishes, breads, rice, pulses etc. Lavish pictures not only of completed dishes but of the local area help to give an authentic feel and put the dishes into context.
Most of the recipes are quite straightforward but if you do not feel like making any – this is still a lovely book to read!
