ASDA Arghhhhhhh!!!!!!!

To put politely I am rather cross with them!!!
Spent £50 ish a month ago on an internet food shop. Shopping arrived at 5.15pm on a Sunday, even though my request was for 1pm!!! Also they FAILED to give me the frozen items I had ordered. I phoned Customer Care (HAHa..) immediately who said I would get the shoppingh the next day, no use to me as I was at work. Goods totalled £7 ish.... BUT I had to go to the local Spar shop and buy the items on the Sunday as they where for our Tea!!!
LOcal store phoned me the nexct day apologised... Blah blah.. Sorry.. never again.. blah blah.. Agreed they would Credit me with £20..This has still NOT happened, however on the Monday the took the TOTAL amount from my bank account!!! Cheek of it!!!!
Wrote 'complaint letter' to ASDA customer care 2 weeks ago.. still no reply.. no frozen food.. no £20 credit...
It amounts to theft on their part, they've took my money and run! £7.. may be NOTHING to them but I work to earn that money!!! I am sooooooo furious!!!!!!!!

Help What next????????

You could always try contacting your bank and tell them that the amount was wrong that they took - though am not sure this will work but theres no harm in trying!

Other than that keep on at the customer services until you get a refund - tell them you have still not received it and its getting beyond ridiculous!
