can i still claim if account is closed

hi i stated to claim back in 2007 but it got put on hold the account was still open then but due to paying off a loan i had the bank has closed my accounts because i didnt use them, does any one know if i can continue to claim?

Yes you can still reclaim charges from a closed account.0
