How long Hardship case

Hi i have started to reclaim my bank charges back, about 2 months ago with financialclaims.com, and have recently sent back my hardship form, as i have recently lost my job 1st june, (RBS) and have only rec one day's pay (18th june) and signed on the 6th july, so am now in great hardship as i was just paid first time yesterday £27 by DWP, and the bank have sent me overdrawn thus keeping the £27, how long do hardship cases last? And i know the house of lords is due to let us know if we are successful in being allowed to reclaim our fees as unlawful on the 30th july, but does anyone know if we stand chance of winning/banks being told this is unfair?

many thanks.

A hardship case is only as good as the hardship itself and the information supplied. I wouldn't have used a company since they will claim a percentage on a hardship payout which isn't a completion of a case.. The House of Lords is determining if bank charges are assessable for fairness not if they are unfair.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
