Hi all,
Would appreciate some help.
I recently ordered (06/07/09) a Sony Bravia 40E4000 + 80Gb PS3 + Little Big Planet Game for £678.49 from B4UDirect.com (bargain I thought !).
- They have now taken it off the web site!
The TV arrived 16/07/09, great. Phoned up and asked when the PS3 + Game would arrive, originally informed that they would send when in stock.
Now they are saying that I can either;
1) Send TV back and receive a full refund (they will arrange pick-up).
2) Keep the TV and they will not send me a PS3 or game?
Could you please help and let me know if I'm entitled to get the PS3 + Game, I have all the paperwork to confirm order and shipments.

they may have had trouble getting more PS3 stock to satisfy demand. and they have offered you a full refund.
