Hi, looking for advice.
Received a letter today from Platinum Care UK Ltd regarding a mobile phone warranty contract that I don't know anything about. Tried to phone the 'claims line' to cancel but it is ringing out. What should I do? I've contacted my bank who can't see any debits from them and have placed an alert on my account.
Has anyone heard of this company?
