Dreamweaver 8 update

I run a local community website and have been using Dreamweaver 8 to do this. I have just got 2 volunteers to help me and want to make changes and am considering upgrading to Dreamweaver CS4.

Looking for a cheaper alternative software if anyone has any suggests, it must be able to download the whole site into for updating purposes.

The site is https://www.launceston-2020.co.uk Hoping that you will be able to give me some advice.

To be honest I can't really see much point in upgrading from 8. There's really not much difference to justify the price IMO.

Have you thought about building the site on something like wordpress? That way your helpers can login and make any changes to the site without having to ever download the site or see the html.
